UP Kalilayan
The Workforce

The UP Kalilayan is a group of groups. It is comprised of different committees that work together to fulfill the organization's objectives. On top of the organization is the Directorate- the body where the executive power lies. It is composed of an Executive Director, the Secretary, and the Directors of the seven standing committees.

The Executive Director is the head of the organization. He/she presides over the meetings of the Directorate and the general meetings. Most importantly, it is him/her who makes sure the Directors and members are performing their duties and responsibilities.
